ISTwatch easily i ntegrates into many platforms, including Windows (NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista) Linux, Sun Solaris, HP-Unix, AIX, AS/400, and z/OS. ISTwatch seamlessly integrates with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, TeraData, Sybase, MySQL and other commercially available database systems. In addition, it comes with a set of APIs that enable applications to call ISTwatch from programming environments like Java, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP, C#, C, C++, PHP, Perl, COBOL, PL/SQL, DB2, Sybase, PowerBuilder and more.

The core of ISTwatch software is a set of callable modules that can be interfaced from a wide array of languages, environments and development frameworks. These modules are easily integrated into pre-existing applications or used as stand-alone services.

ISTwatch utilizes dynamic link libraries and COM objects on Windows and shared objects/libraries on UNIX. ISTwatch OFAC search component does not have to rely on any external data sources, which significantly improves performance in both real time and batch processing modes. ISTwatch code libraries can be used to process database tables as well as flat files of any format or delimitation.

The software comes with a set of SDKs, demos and various examples to assist developers in integrating the functionality into their real-time applications. The intuitive APIs also allow programmers to plug ISTwatch functionality into pre-existing applications such as data entry, screening and payroll services, or use it as a standalone application.
